Question 1

What does Appopoleis actually handle?

Accepted Answer

Incoming field communication: WhatsApp messages, voice notes, follow-ups, status requests, and owner updates. Loose chat becomes logged work, routed to the right person, with a clear trail until the job closes.

Question 2

Is this only for marine teams?

Accepted Answer

No. Marine is the clearest example, but the same operating model runs for property follow-up and local marketing. If work starts on phones and gets messy in chat, it fits.

Question 3

Where does Appopoleis operate?

Accepted Answer

Headquarters in Mumbai, India. Live on local vessels and shops. Also used by fleets and field teams in the UK, US, Europe, and the Middle East.

Question 4

Why WhatsApp-first?

Accepted Answer

Because that is where the work already starts. Crew send voice notes, field staff send updates, and clients ask for status there. We work with that flow instead of asking teams to switch habits mid-shift.

Describe the operating problem.
