Built our own pipeline on FastAPI + Supabase: → discover ops-heavy prospects → dedup by email (no double-send spam) → draft question-led mail (reply > pitch) → send in recipient local 9–11am + warmup caps
Why?
Bolt-on sequencers don't know our WhatsApp marine ops, Academy leads, or SEO agents. Replies were dying in Gmail. Same person could exist twice in a CSV.
Coordination + deliverability had to be product, not plugins.
Deliverability dashboard in prod: • SPF/DKIM/DMARC on mail.appopoleis.com • warmup phase caps (8→15→25→40/day) • bounce rate pause • 76 sends, 0 bounces so far
